Happy Monday, everyone. It is chilly, overcast and VERY windy today in the upper Midwest. A great day for crafting. I made some cards, worked on my coloring class and even did a little sewing. Feeling a sense of accomplishment.
The card I am sharing today is one I made for the Paper Craft Crew Color Challenge #264. I loved the bright colors and there was even a chance to add in a fourth color of my choice. I chose blue!
I started with a stamp that just arrived from Stampin’ Up! – Feathery Friends, a hostess gift set. I loved the somewhat Scandinavian feel it had, and all the spaces for adding lots of color. Now, before I show you, let me explain I worked on this during the weekend when I was away from home with only limited supplies and I sure missed my stamp positioner. So ignore the fact that alignment is off and pretend it is camera distortion, OK? It is driving me nuts, but I am happy with everything else on the card. Without further ado, here it is:
STAMPS: Stampin’ Up! Feathery Friends
PAPERS: Canson Bristol Vellum; MFT Limelight, Lush Lagoon
INKS: Versafine Onyx Black; Tombow markers
OTHER: Lucy’s Little Things – clear iridescent jewels
Thanks for stopping by today, and come back soon. Now that my technical issues with the blog seem to have been solved, I will be posting regularly. I have quite a backlog of projects to share with you.
