One Project at a Time

PCC 269 – Father Christmas

Are you ready for Thanksgiving? I’m sure not. I am wondering where November went! However, I did find time to play along with the Paper Craft Crew Challenge for this week, where we were to make a vintage project.

My card today was fairly simple, Some stamping on kraft, heat embossing and a little color, Done.

The stamp is Father Christmas from Stampin’ Up!. It was stamped onot MFT Kraft paper with VersaMark and heat-embossed with Stampin’ Up! Copper embossing powder. I added some color with Tombow markers and Prismacolor Premiere pencils.

The panel was then mounted onto an MFT Cranberry card base. I added an embellishment from Tim Holtz, but now I don’t think I should have. What do you think?

I love the texture and shine of the embossing.

I send best wishes to you and yours for a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend. Will you be shopping on Black Friday?
