One Project at a Time

Gourd Goodness

Don’t these gourds look realistic? My husband picked up one of the cards and kept rubbing over the top of it to see if it was wet. That is all created with the magic of layering stamps! This time it is Gourd Goodness from Stampin’ Up. It is one of my favorites and I believe I will be reaching for it often.

This images were stamped onto SU heavy Whisper White paper with a LOT of different MFT hybrid ink colors – pineapple, gumdrop green, sour apple, elf green, coral crush, orange fizz, persimmon, kraft and milk chocolate. Some of the details were added with Copic markers.

The designer paper and stamped image panels were cut with Simon Says Stamp Stitched rectangle dies. The Designer paper is Stampin’ Up! Wood Textures paper stack. Such realistic patterns! I added a few glittered leaves from Prima that I found in my stash and some SU sequins. I also used some masking paper when stamping the gourds.

Autumn is my favorite season, and I love the color palette of fall. These cards were so fun to make and I will be using this stamp set again soon.
